E-tickets would have been handy
On arrival at HMV we had to enter the venue first to collect tickets and purchases, which was easy enough, but it would have been good if we could just join the queue and collected the physical purchases on the way in. Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

Helpful staff and smooth purchase
Ordered CD Hackney Diamonds pre release for delivery to home. A smooth friendly easy process with all going to plan.
Please support shops such as HMV either on the web or on the High Street..

Becoming more difficult
As DVDs become more and more difficult to find the on line service is great also delivery to store for free - perfect.

Came to hmv in ocean terminal yesterday…
Came to hmv in ocean terminal yesterday in Edinburgh by the shore made my day found a pop figure I've been looking for forever almost gave up untill I saw it great size of store from comics to film and geek merch love it all also love how there starting to get more limited edition stuff you can order like the 4k Halloween trilogy and psycho collection 😀😀😀 thank you hmv your the reason I prefer to buy from high streets as your shop is the best!!!

Ordered on line. In a couple of days got email to say ready for collection at my local shop. Went along and
