The Successful Hunt for Babylon Berlin
I was looking for a German film Babylon Berlin (a set of dvds) and Andrew, the member of staff who dealt with my enquiry, was so helpful and pleasant whilst taking my order. The whole transaction was extremely efficient. I had an email confirmation they had arrived at HMV's outlet within a very few days. Success. Thanks to Andrew.

Regarding a purchase I made over a month ago.
I would give less than a one star if possible.
Purchased an item over a month ago, to just be met with a refund this morning due to the item no longer being unavailable and absolutely no other communication was sent throughout this month long wait for the item.
Very unhelpful customer service team.
If the item was unavailable for purchase and there was none left it should not of been available to purchase nor should it have taken them over a month to just process a refund and give me no other communication otherwise.

I received the best attention the staff were knowledgeable and I will definitely go back, although they didn't have the Kylie Minogue record I was looking for, I found it online.
