A great selection of vinyl with lots of offers and discounts that mean I always find a few albums to buy at every visit. Great, friendly staff too.

The support from Fopp in Covent Garden…
The support from Fopp in Covent Garden was excellent and all aspects of service were professional and courteous. Staff were great. Issue with the double album having 2 of the same record quickly and easily solved.

From Fopp efficiently…
I ordered via Fopp in store which is one of my favourite record spots in London. It was super easy to order the item that had sold out and pick it up, even got a better price by ordering like this. And of course ended up buying myself a couple of extra Cd’s along with the gift shopping!

Good service
The online order was easy, but it took a long time for the staff to find the records (seemed not bothered as it was busy before Christmas, he had to ask his colleague and he found them quickly).

Friendly customer service
Friendly customer service. They had the vinyl I ordered for collection but even beforehand when I was worried I wouldn't get my click and collect before I travelled they offered to reserve one they had in store just in case..

Everything went well!
Everything went well! Online messaging quick and easy, items delivered (click & collect) faster than expected. Excellent service at the collection shop -even the man sweeping the floor as I came in saw the emails in my hand and directed me downstairs, where the young man was thoroughly helpful, friendly and efficient. On the way out, I got thanks, farewell, and compliments of the season from the man at the door. The only point I'd make is that the 'ready for collection' email has a lot of black space, with white lettering that's hard to read; also takes a long time to dry on my old inkjet printer and creases/tears easily. That's it - 98% score altogether... Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Great metal selection and staff
Great metal selection for my son who was looking for bands not really mainstream metal bands. And although we didn't need any assistance from any staff the staff member at the till was friendly and chatty and interested in what we bought etc.

Picked up pre order blu ray on release
Picked up pre order blu ray on release, yet I paid £4 more as it was preorder than what they were selling it for in the shop. Was meant to be extra for postage, signing? I don't know, but people were just turning up and buying film off shelf for £4 cheaper than me, once bitten..
