Really nice staff, helpful, cool store to find pretty much anything
Staff took the time to go through my DVD list. I visited from Germany so I am very happy that we found a couple and the delivery to FOPP worked out timewise.
Really nice people in the location, I always enjoy visiting there.

Faster Transport of Product
I ordered 3 items from HMV, 2 of them were dispatched together and the one a few hours later. I was able to pick up the 2, but the one I couldn't. Why is this important? I am from outside the UK, yet I travel frequently. I wasn't able to pick up the third piece during my 4 day visit.

I ordered a movie and it didn’t take long to arrive and the employee was very helpful, the process was smooth and the updates were great form the emails were sent it’s making the store a trustworthy place for the customers .

Love the FOPP store in Covent Garden. The knowledgeable and helpful assistant downstairs in the film section was an absolute joy to chat with the last couple of times I've been in.

Not your fault. The factory.
When will they ever learn that CDs get scratched when put into cardboard wallets!!!

Fast delivery undermined by admin error
Delivery was quick, but my order of two items was shipped in two parcels. When I collected it I was given one box that I assumed contained both items, but the second item wasn't there. I was forced to go back to Fopp in Covent Garden another day to collect the other item. Staff were not apologetic and offered no explanation.
