Ordered 2 T-shirts online
Ordered 2 T-shirts online , had them delivered to my local store for collection.
Process was excellent, easy to order, quick delivery , emailed to say they were ready.
Couldn’t fault them.

This would have been a 5star review, however.... One of the T shirts was just 'crushed' into the delivery package, took a wash to get them removed. Otherwise staff in the Braehead store were really helpful. They did not have the size in one item and a design for the other. Staff suggested they could order these for us and delivery was free. The order came in the timeframe expected and as it was delivered by Post Office we did not have to worry about being around when delivery was expected. As it happened the package fit through our letterbox so no problems on that front. Just a pity one T-shirt was so wrinkled.

All went smoothly
I purchased online, received emails on every stage from purchasing, via proceeding until delivery to the store, where I wanted to collect the item. Everything went smoothly and on time.

DVD purchase on line
Looked elsewhere for Father Brown dvd's and they were the same price elsewhere and cheaper than other places. So it boiled down to free collection at my nearest store. Waited 2 days, as was advised by HMV, so that worked too. Betheny at Breahead store very helpful and friendly. So what's to find fault with?

First class experience in purchasing an album which wasn’t in stock at the store however the member of staff I dealt with duly ordered it for me and I collected it 3 days later. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Superb service

I was looking for a CD Clementine was so helpful and friendly and went out their way to help. Clementine checked the website and ordered the CD I was looking for. Great customer service. All the staff at Braehead are always very helpful.
