My stranger things box set arrived with…
My stranger things box set arrived with a dent in the side which may seem petty to some but to a collector and for the price I paid it's pretty upsetting, the packaging was abysmal. Don't think I'll be using hmv again .

I contacted hmv as per the response and they still haven't contacted me back . They do it so it looks like they are helping but the don't . Liars

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, the item I went to purchase was out of stock, but I went ahead and bought the CD. HMV kept me weekly informed about my purchase and had it delivered by royal mail to my home address when it came available. Big Thank you to the staff at our Hanley store 👏

Have been purchasing K-pop for my teenage granddaughter for a while now. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable about my purchases. As a 60 year old grandparent who didn’t even know what K-pop meant this goes along way with my purchases The staff at Hanley HMV always go above and beyond with there customer service , I will always recommend HMV Hanley to my friends and family, and a Big Thankyou to the staff there for there help and knowledge which goes along way.
