The young man who served me in your Harrogate store, (identifiable only by the dark nail polish he was wearing as I didn't ask his name) was so polite, friendly and helpful. He is a real credit to your brand.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The people at the tills are always very nice. Also really good quick delivery. Good selection of badges at the tills. I really like the new Lord of the rings badges.
