Shopping experience
The staff were very polite , friendly and helpful .
My order arrived exactly when the assistant said it would.Also the music playing in the store when I was there was not too loud.

Great service and amazing selection
Great service and amazing selection. Prompt delivery too and nicely packed. This was an online order but staff in store are always nice and helpful.

The ear buds I purchased didn’t work
The ear buds I purchased didn’t work, they didn’t connect so I had to go back to store - to be fair the staff did then reorder them for me which is good but I’ll need to return again and I live forty minutes away
