There is nothing like browsing in a…
There is nothing like browsing in a proper shop. If you are unable to find what you are looking for they will order and deliver to the shop. Saves the hassle of items being left on your doorstep and the risk of theft.
A fantastic selection of vinyl ,DVD's, CD's and other music related products.

Great Customer Service
The gentleman at the checkout was very polite and helpful.
He searched for the item I wished to order and organised everything.
He informed me how long it’d take to arrive also.

First time use of Click and Collect
First time use of Click and Collect. Wouldn't use again as too slow. Site showed many copies of my Blu Ray in store but had to wait for copy to be sent to store. Was hoping to collect the next day as I was in Ipswich then and expected this when I was informed of the availability tab that store. Still love HMV though.

Great company to shop with
Has a wide choice of music to choose from. very informative website. Has a good guide on which music you prefer. Good quick payment options and delivery options. emails when and items are being dispatched then delivered. The store has good friendly helpful staff. A packed store full of much needed item's for all ages. Rarely have to wait to be served. long live this store

Dvd Bob Marley One Love
Delivery is great as I had no worries I received my purchase on time, the company are doing a great job like the postal is on time, I will buy off hmv online again with hopefully no worries, thankyou very much appreciated.
