Great service
Such a cool store. The staff at HMV were very helpful and friendly. It's nice that they take an interest in the things we like, and are compassionate to make people feel welcome. Weather your someone who likes a certain tv series, or you love music and posters; it's a great atmosphere. Also, I love the pins they sell.

Excellent service
Excellent service: I was looking for a particular book which I couldn't see out on display in the store. A member of staff asked me if I needed any help and went out of his way to check the stock-room, and returned with a copy of the book.

On this occasion I ordered online and collected in store. My order was despatched very quickly and available in no time at all! The staff at the Kettering store are always very friendly and an exceptionally cool group of people!

HMV is absolutely brilliant! 5*****
Ordered several CDs and from start to finish HMV kept me updated all the way. I went into my local store and the whole process from me showing my email to picking up my order was faultless. Thank you HMV you are brilliant!

My film fix
They had what I wanted and delivered it toot sweet , even the pre order arrived on release day . I've used before & will use again , my go to store for my film fix .
