HMV King's Lynn offers decent service
HMV King's Lynn offers decent service, but experiences can vary. Staff are helpful, deliveries arrive on time occasionally, though delays happen. Products are usually well-packaged, but communication regarding stock could improve. While some staff go above and beyond, others experience frustrating collection issues. Overall, it's a fine store with room for improvement.

Another seamless and problem free experience as expected - right from ordering, communication / updates and collection in local HMV branch to which visiting is always a pleasure, where all staff clearly have a passion for what they do, are always welcoming, extremely helpful / knowledgeable & willing to go that extra mile-at all times.
