I preordered the Jung Kook Proof Funko…
I preordered the Jung Kook Proof Funko Pop last year in September 2023.
Maybe due to overwhelming demands I got it after so long while the other versions were available on release day.
I nearly waited a year until I received it last week, packaged securely.
I'm extremely happy that I have it in my Jung Kook collection.

The assistant was very helpful and…
The assistant was very helpful and ordered the cd I was looking for and one I had previously looked for by the same artist. The both arrived within a few days and I collected them from the branch as it was the easiest option for me

The Bluray sent was ex shop stock and…
The Bluray sent was ex shop stock and opened at the bottom the bottom had no cellophane on it at all. The returns process is obstructionist and costs money just to return something that was ordered locally in store.
I will never use your services again.

Purchasing records
I have mobility problems and on the day was struggling to walk round to look at the records I wanted to buy as I had put them in my basket online the lady at the till took my list and did the walking round for me she also ordered the ones that were not in store to come straight to my house which only took a couple of days so thank you to the lady in the Leicester store much appreciated

The staff at the HMV IN Leicester were great…
The staff at the HMV IN Leicester were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I received my order through the HMV Home delivery Service within a few days. Iam thoroughly delighted with HMV and give them the highest recommendation. Iam now awaiting for my pre order The Last Starfighter on Blu ray, when it is released to be delivered to my home address.
