Excellent Customer Service with damaged LP
Received a damaged LP which we took back to a store. They ordered one for us which was delivered to our home address at no additional cost. Excellent customer service received.

Went straight in and straight
Went straight in and straight, collecting my vinyl was very easy. Had more problems getting on and off the car park. Which has nothing to do with HMV 😃😂

Purchase pick up
I was served by Chelsie, she was polite, quick and efficient. The product was out of stock when I ordered, due to high demand. I was notified when it was dispatched to the store, and again to advise it had been delivered, so that I was able to go and collect, smooth transaction, would definitely do again.

The item was cheap and tacky and not of a good quality, also need an app to use headphones which I have never had to do with any other earphones

I ordered online and chose to pick up from my local store.
Within a couple of days I received and email saying the item was ready for collection.
A quick ID check at the store and away i went!
