I wanted a particular piece of classical music. The classical section in Milton Keynes is small (tiny). The young man looked up the name I gave him, found the disc (Ma Vlast by Smetana) checked the playlist. Got it. Then said they could post it to me for £2. Yes please. One very happy old lady.

Exceptional service
The Shop Assistant was very helpful in locating on line two DVDs that were not available in store. Delivery was received within two working days and I was informed by email each step of the deliveery. I was very impressed with the service.

Brilliant service as always!
Always fantastic service from Hmv both online and instore.
Products arrive well packaged, in good condition and you never have to wait long for your delivery
And I prefer to do click and collect as I enjoy to have a look around the store.
The team at Mk Hmv are always so lovely and helpful, they clearly enjoy what they do and have a passion for physical media!
