Very helpful member of staff
I went into HMV looking for a game for my son's Nintendo switch. I'm a bit naive when it comes to tech and games and needed some guidance. The member of staff was very helpful, knew exactly what I needed and guided me in the right direction. She was also very friendly and kind.

Always a superb experience with HMV
Always a superb experience with HMV. Delivered in mint condition in a sturdy mailer and was delivered before the release date - much quicker than Amazon and let’s be honest, at this point who actively wants to give MORE money to Mr Bezos? HMV pay UK employees and UK tax unlike Amazon so please support them!

I love this shop the staff are so friendly and welcoming they are always willing to help with anything you ask its a shame the star rating only goes up to 5 because I'd put more stars if I could I'd definitely recommend the romford hmv thank you to all the staff for all your help over 15 years of shopping with you

With the help of one of the staff I ordered a dvd to be picked up at my local store and everything was handled very well. No complaints.
