The ordering process was easy and click and collect worked very well. My order was in store quickly and as my item was half price with an offer I'm very happy.

HMV is my bae
It was kind of annoying to place my order because HMV doesn’t take apple pay but we move on. Good prices and quick delivery, products are great as well 💕

Ordered Cliff Richard & Shadows reunion…
Ordered Cliff Richard & Shadows reunion CDs - they came promptly, well packaged, and they were superb. I’ve been a Cliff & Shads fan since the start, and this was a treat. I’ve also been an HMV customer for many decades, and they could not have been more helpful. Oh, and HMV is also where I met Cliff back in 2013. Keep doing it HMV !

Good to buy
Great price on-line for a blu-ray, a couple of pounds dearer than a normal Dvd, communication was brilliant, updated at every part of my purchase on it's way to my local store for me to pick up. Highly recommended will use again.
