Ewan sales advisor at HMV Swansea today was amazing, he made our shopping experience brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, he was so welcoming and polite.
Ewan has brilliant customer services skills and I would definitely return to the store and speak to Ewan if I had any issues. Ewan’s knowledge is excellent and I would recommend him for sales supervisor or manager.

Film ordering service
I'd gone in looking for a specific film, but couldn't find it on the shelves. I asked a member of staff (Tim) if it was in stock, he advised it wasn't but that he could order it. We agreed to do this. 2 days later it was delivered to the store & when I went in to collect it, Tim remembered the order.

The helpful and experienced staff member (Simon) explained the whole procedure involved in processing the order in a very clear and straightforward manner.
I was kept updated on the progress of the order by email and notified as soon as it had arrived in store on the expected date.
