I stopped in recently to purchase a Bob…
I stopped in recently to purchase a Bob Dylan CD. Whilst at the till I had a chat with the till assistant and it was pleasant, but what I can't understand is that a carrier bag of some sort isn't offered. Unless of course you want to buy a tote bag for £5, surely a paper bag with a handle can be offered at a nominal fee. It really would make the experience a better one.

Hmv saved the day for me
Hmv saved the day for me ! Last minute CD present for my wife for christmas ordered online and ready to pick up from the store within 48 hours. Nowhere else online could do it quicker !

The required code caused issues.
To start with I couldn't order anything because there was a problem with the site wanting some 6 digit code number but I rang my local store. I was told how to resolve my problem and I managed to order what I wanted thanks to him.

A media store you can trust.
I have been purchasing many products from HMV for a few years now and I personally believe they are the best. Online ordering is a fantastic experience, in-store buying is very relaxed and the staff are very helpful and professional. Overall a great company and they will always have my support.

Great customer service
Was given very helpful advice on what product to buy and the shop assistant arranged for it to be delivered to my home. Received the item within a couple of days. The Wolverhampton staff are always very helpful and friendly. Very pleased with the service I received
