Online information for purchase more accurate.
Initial store help in finding out if the item was available was very good. Staff even looked online. Although information relayed about the item was wrong especially after I went home and did some research into finding out where I could purchase the item.
I eventually used the click and collect information online which was excellent from ordering to delivery.
Thank you for taking the time to reply. That’s an extra ⭐️

Must try harder
It seemed to take longer than other click & collect services. I requested an e mail when the CD was back in stock and did not receive one. The information asked me to take photo ID which was not requested.

I was very pleased with the service by (Darren) in the (Wolverhampton) HMV store when he ordered some cds for me. He was very polite and helpful and when I received an email 5 days later saying they had arrived I collected them and was served by (Darren) again. Excellent and polite service. Would go there again.
