Avoid do not waste your time with these paralegals. You won't get the time you waste back. Look for a proper firm with proper solicitors that will hand your claim, not waste your time and will call you back not you calling them all the time and ALL FULLY UNDERSTAND MENTAL HEALTH and the stress things like this cause people. A gang of kids in a office don't know a thing about law. A joke of a firm terrible. Just causing more aggravation, unnecessary stress and suffering to people. Don't get anything done.

I wouldn't even give them one star. When calling a firm, the first piece of advice is to read the debrief before contacting the potential client. I have worked with a variety of legal firms. Never in my life have I dealt with a company that is unable to grasp the law and legislation . They are unqualified to assist; who is registered with the sra ? I am shocked that they can practise law. They have to be the worst firm, I've ever encountered masking as Solictors : they can't listen, understand the situation, or provide advice. Remove all phone attendants, and if you want excellent reviews, hire professional employees. They can't even read the notes! It's shocking to think they are in the business of law. Reading other reviews I am not alone!

They done a great job, I can’t speak highly enough of them and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I asked this company about a possible claim. They took my details and then proceeded to send documentation stating I had said this happened and that happened when clearly it had not.
I requested that I no longer wished to proceed with their services and have for the past few months been bombarded with emails about my request.
I have blocked this company from emails and phone but they still try.
My advice is to find a reputable solicitor if you want to make a claim against someone.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I was misled by this firm for 2 years telling me that I had an excellent case and when I had no time left to represent myself, they withdrew their promise of a no win no fee offer. The reason they gave was unbelievable and led me to believe they were in collusion with the defendants. It was a very poor excuse, a poor service and I would avoid them at any cost.

Total waste of time, these people are only interested in making money from individual cases. After spending hours on the phone I was told that because the offences against me happened on two different dates they are not linked!..when they are linked by a letter in writing!!!!!! They are not interested in defending your rights, and is that not what they signed up to do? They say `yes you have been treated badly`....but we cant help!!!!!.... If you show up with a sack of money then I am sure that answer would be different.... not a law firm, just an excuse to make money...reported to SRA because of the way they deal with complaints and how they handle customers, 3 hours of waiting and phone calls and nothing at the end of it all!...it really was an experience as they have policies in place that other solicitors do not have!... the job requires a solicitor to defend someone`s rights, not ignore them.

Vivien was brilliant, I won my claim for damages received settling at 5k for a false arrest. She kept me in the loop and followed any instructions I gave her but at the same time she made sure I was informed enough to make certain decisions. Over all would highly recommend and definitely use these guys again if needed.

My case was passed to incompetent, poorly qualified & poorly supervised Para Legals. Who showed almost zero interest, or commitment and very little knowledge of the law.

They wasted my time for three years. During which time I received only one phone call to discuss my case (and only after threatening to raise a complaint with their governing body the Legal Ombudsman).

They tried their utmost to get me to accept next to nothing in compensation from Greater Manchester Police. This for a straightforward case of wrongful arrest and false imprisonment. The case was eventually won and I received a woefully unsatisfactory award.

My advice avoid them at all cost. And don't fall for the hype on their website.

Unqualified junior admin staff answering phones to 'assess' cases. Rude, abrupt, poor listening skills. Seems like a big factory with no skilled professionals. Avoid, and look somewhere upstream and more professional.

Well very uninformed service advertising of certain practices. Bugged me for over two weeks did talked to them yes and then mind change most wasted time ever..

Actually like Elon MUSK said education is different than inteligance. Just because of having degree doesn't mean one is inteligent .. 🤷🏻‍♂️
