Disappointed
I am yet to see if the nutrients work, which I very much hope so, as I trust Patrick Halford’s expertise and wealth of experience. However, I have struggled to subscribe for the Health Club and till now, the technical issue/ I was told/ has not been resolved. The website advertises the benefits of becoming a member but I waited too long and no answer to phone calls or acting on the issue. It puts me off considering the products, which is a shame. Really disappointed and that is why the two stars only.

We are sorry that you have had such problems with the Health Club and consequently ordering.
We are experiencing some technical difficulties with the Health Club system at the moment due to software upgrades that have thrown out systems that were previously working. We are working to resolve these with our web developer, as well as on a new website that is structured differently which is the long term solution.
We have a fantastic range of health products and really don't want you to be deterred from benefiting from them. We are happy to take your order over the phone – 0370 3341575 - and are then able to provide the 20% discount. Many of our products are also available on Amazon.

Digestpro has helped me get reflux under control combined with caution as to what foods and drink I should avoid. That's after 15? years of GERD! Two major London hospitals acknowledged the product's impact on their reports re my health condition I have in my throat!
Recently tried the multivitamin and immune C which I'm v happy with through this difficult flu season. Everyone else seems to be coughing but I'm not. I do wear a military mask as added protection to my throat condition which I've done since 2017. The combo of that and the vitamin D 3000 i.u. Patrick has developed is proving to be a great combo & with his great discount as a member, I'm more than happy to continue.

Essential Omegas
The tablets are really good quality with good levels of EPA, DHA and DPA. However they are so expensive. I only buy them when I can afford them so not sure I will actually get any benefit as my last lot ran out in November. The web site is a bit clunky and has crashed a few times when I have tried to place an order. I had to change to a different browser. The tablets come well packaged and they are easy to take. There is no aftertaste. I trust this company to provide a good product. EDIT - I have update from 3 to 4 stars as I think the reply from Holfordnutrition demonstrates good customer service

I have been a long-time customer of this company. Recently, there have been frustrating glitches trying to place an order on their website. Several times, I have just given up, but because I value the quality of the vitamins, I persevered. I managed to speak with someone at the company to explain the problems I had ordering on the website, despite providing all the details they required! She was helpful and said they would discuss the matter with their IT department. My order was then taken over the telephone, and I eventually received my purchases in good time. I am satisfied that they dealt with the situation in a timely & professional manner. However, their website needs to be checked properly so that it works efficiently and does not put-off valuable customers.

Since a big software update in the late summer, we are finding that anyone with certain Ad Blocker type software installed on their systems, are having more issues checking out and they would have to uninstall it for a smooth experience. As this can't be resolved by us, as a consequence we are moving to new website technology in the New Year. We hope you will stay with us until this move has taken place.
Customer Service are always happy to place your order over the phone, however we know this is not ideal and plan to get the new website launched asap.
