Everything was perfect from start to finish, from calling to chat about the options and tables, delivery dates, all immediately replied to and booked. Alex and Alex who delivered and installed our table were amazing, very carefully got the table round a tight turn, great attention to detail and very careful and considerate. The table was a clearance table but looks brand new and great value for money. It was an excellent company to deal with.

We had a pool table delivered by Home Leisure Direct today, and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

A special thank you to Alex and Alex, who handled the delivery and assembly with complete professionalism. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

They also took the time to walk us through all the accessories, explaining how everything works and how to get the best out of the table. On top of that, they gave really helpful advice on future adjustments and maintenance, which we really appreciated, it’s clear they care about making sure everything stays in top condition long after installation.

The pool table itself is excellent, high quality, beautifully finished, and incredible value for money - delivery time from order was just a few weeks.

We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Home Leisure Direct to anyone looking for a top-quality table and a first-class customer experience.

Came to the showroom today to ask about arcade machines for my new Bar in Taunton. Callum gave some great advice that our current supplier just kept brushing over. We've left with a tonne of new ideas and we're excited to get things moving. No doubt I'll be coming back to order our kit when the time's right!

Met with Jake at the showroom. He was professional and very knowledgeable about both the pool tables and the arcade machines. We got to have a go to see which would suit us the best. Jake answered all our questions and explained everything in a way we understood. No high pressure sales. Looking forward to getting it all delivered in the next 6 weeks. Thank you Jake.

I’ve had a very positive experience of this company.
The wait for the table was longer than I had hoped, but it was almost to the day what they said it would be.
I had a problem post-sale and dealt with Alex…… absolutely solved it (quickly too) i’ve got the sense of him being attentive and genuinely wanting you to be pleased with your product (I bought the Hackett table)
I purchased from them because of a word-of-mouth recommendation and I’ll recommend them to others too.
The delivery guys were great too, it’s quite impressive the way they build it in front of you.
I could have bought something cheaper, but I wanted a treat, something that’s solid, looks great and is really going to last.

Ordering from Home Leisure direct was easy enough but when it turned out the item I'd ordered wasn't in stock I was really concerned however Callum swapped us over to another table and helped us figure everything out. In terms of delivery, the guys couldn't be helpful enough. I spoke to them prior to delivery and shared my concerns about the table fitting in the lift. They arrived on the day did an amazing job and left no mess behind. I highly recommend this company.

We drove 2 hours to the showroom as they were recommended. They did not disappoint.

Alex warmly greeted us and showed us around the pool tables we wanted to see. He was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

He was interested in the size, shape and colours in our room and even offered a shorter cue for where we may need it.

The show room had great choice and a good selection of cloth for the pool table.

Well worth a visit.

bought a reconditioned pinball machine (Star Trek TNG)
5 years later it's till going strong... and that's despite the fact that my 2 teenage boys and all their friends use it.

P.S. don't tilt, it's not cool

The rasson apollo is absolutely by far the worst table I have ever played on and hope that rasson sees this. If they want too help the sport grow and players get better with ultimate pool they should start making a new design quickly and fast, as the young generation will not get better and will never be as good as the experienced players currently. Design isn't the problem, it is the manufacturing side of it all. Poor quality for a rip off price.

We visited the showroom to get some ideas and were initially looking to order a pool table in a few months. However, were so pleased with the service from Alex, we ordered the table there and then. We had travelled for a couple of hours and were indeed happy to be offered refreshments before the journey home. Really looking forward to taking delivery of the table once we have the room ready. Highly recommend.
