Very helpful staff. Fabric a good value for money. Large selection of haberdashery. Come the day I finish my fabric stash or need something different I’d shop here again.

Brother Sewing/Embroidery Service
I had my Brother sewing/embroidery machine serviced recently and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff were personable and friendly, the work was completed in a timely manner, for a very reasonable price. The location is also very convenient to reach by public transport and the shop is well stocked with fabric, notions and supplies - what's not to like.

Brother airflow 3000
My sewing machene came next day delivery so I did not have to wait long after ordering. Beautiful overlocker that sews really well and at a good price. Anyone considering the Brother Airflow 3000 ... 100% go for it, it is super easy to thread and use, brill needle threader and safty features. Has a good array of accessories, additional feet ect and a 3 year warranty too to boot!

Hello Sue,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, but I am sorry to see it is a negative one. We do offer free next day delivery on all domestic Sewing Machines, and offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all smaller orders, i.e. spare parts and fabrics over £40.00. Unfortunately as you will know we cannot provide free tracked delivery on every item site wide, whilst also using reputable couriers rather than one of the budget unreliable couriers, or increasing the price of the product.
We do not have a hidden charge for delivery as it does show this both on the basket and the checkout when processing your order, also within our shipping & returns policy. It's disappointing that you would leave negative feedback minutes after placing your order, if you were unhappy with the delivery cost our team would of happily either sent your order by an economy courier or refunded your order if not suitable had you gotten in touch.
Our team work hard to provide consistent reliable service, we hope your next shop with us is a pleasant experience.
