Great customer service from the moment I picked up the phone and spoke to head office. Knowledgeable about the product (garden bench) and extremely helpful.
Delivery personnel excellent too and helped place the bench exactly where my elderly mother wanted it.

Easy to order, always well made furniture. Staff made it very easy to collect as the staff assisted with loeading into car. When I've had furniture delivered, it has always been easy to arrange and placed in room of choice.

The item l am very pleased with but the…
The item l am very pleased with but the men who delivered it were arrogant they dropped the unit off and left,they were supposed to unpack it and take the packaging away. We are in our 70s and found it difficult to get out of the box.

We would like to clarify that our couriers do not automatically remove the packaging upon delivery, as the packaging needs to be retained in case the item needs to be returned. We appreciate that removing the packaging can be challenging, especially with larger items, and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
