Had a upvc window that would not open. On recommendation from a friend and one I called their office who made an appointment for 3 days later. Andy and Andy arrived at the specified time and very quickly located and sorted the problem. They were most helpful and polite. The company did not have a call out fee unlike a local company just up the road. I would recommend this company without hesitation and would definitely use again if needed.

Brilliant service from Nigel who came out to us when we couldn’t get access to our house due to a broken lock (the key wouldn’t turn in the lock). Nigel managed to gain access fairly quickly and fitted a new lock, all at a reasonable price. It was clear from my dealings that they are a professional company who take pride in the job and excel at customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would use again.

Nigel had fitted a new lock for me some ten years ago. When it failed to work this morning I called him. He came out within an hour, took out the lock, cleaned and checked it. Now working fine again. No charge. Can't beat that for service!

Called this company to replace 2 faulty window handles/locks over 30 years old. They called back giving a price and fit date. On time someone came, fitted the handles/locks, very polite, good job - would highly recommend them

Exceptional, transparent and responsive - we’ve used this local business twice in the last few months. Last request was more urgent with front door lock failing with no other access in and out of our property. Lock was replaced on the Monday morning with a more secure lock. Previously they repaired a window hinge and it’s was another great job.

Our elderly next door neighbour lost her house keys and was locked out. On contacting Home Secure Locks, the very efficient ladies in the office contacted their engineers and rang back to say that one would be with us within 10 minutes. Our neighbour who was very upset at losing her keys was overjoyed.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company from the efficient way in which our initial call was handled to the 'no problem' approach of their engineers.
I just wish all companies were like this.

I had been told by a friend that there was a local company who advertised in a trade magazine called 'On your Doorstep', who could replace damaged/ misted up double glazed window panels. Yesterday they fitted my new panel and did an excellent job.
I asked the guys while they were there to look at my back door lock as the handle seemed to have slackened and the handle wouldn't return to position. He told me what was wrong, that I needed a new handle set (not the lock or mechanism) and gave me a quote. When they had finished, I called their office to pay the original bill for the window and was told a different man was working locally and he would come later that day to fix the door handle. Job done, everything fixed in one day, fantastic, well done. Thats what I call great service.

I have used this company many times they went above and beyond recently. I fell and was stuck on the floor with the door locked the company owner came to my rescue. He managed to gain entry made me a drink and waited for my husband. Thank you
