The order has till not arrived despite…
The order has till not arrived despite next day delivery being selected and two scheduled drop of times being arranged, You are being let down by DPD who are not showing when they are supposed to and sending photos of wrong places as "evidence" of attempted delivery, There is no easy way of communicating this to them so I have had to take the option of having the parcel redirected to a home address which is inconvenient and has caused further delay.

Unfortunately it is not Hope that needs to improve but their choice of delivery company. I have been waiting a whole week while DPD come when we are out or not at all! They cannot leave the parcel in my porch which I do understand but when I only get confirmation of the time slot in the morning this is too late for me to reorganise someone to be at home.

Hope Education k7bdly sent me an alternative nook tovtey but ywt again it had the wrong postcode and was delivered eleswhere.
This happened twice previously but I was able to alter the adress for the 3rd attempt. I lefy s meesage for the driver and Hope but it didn't help.
Every single time DPD deliver there is a problem.
