I ordered two sausage dog weighted cuddly for my children. They are a good quality, but I do find them very expensive, especially for SEN children. It should be a lot cheaper..

I ordered this product on the…01/05/2026
I ordered this product on the 01/05/2026. I was given 4 weeks delivery from the order date as it was coming directly from the supplier.
I eventually received it on the 24/09/2026, 4 months wait.
On unpacking the climbing frame, it had 16 bolts missing and the climbing wall did not have the foot rests on as in the picture advertised.
I contacted Hope direct to report both discrepancies to be told that the picture was wrong and the missing parts would be 2 weeks!! Lets hope they don't take 4 months!!
This product is not a cheap item coming in at £1000.
I would not trust this company again!!
