We thought we were out of danger but recent infections to family has inspired us to renew the cautious we had taken. Why not go back to a company that has served us so well before?

I inquired as to why I had not received the order in a timely fashion and your staff person researched the matter and told me that the masks has been shipped but were still at the post office.

I ordered 2 boxes of COVID tests
I ordered 2 boxes of COVID tests. They were shipped vis USPS. The package was delivered into my mailbox which was in full sun in 100+degree weather. The boxes were hot when I opened the packsge. I emailed asking if the tests would still be accurate when used but received no response.
