Horsemat Ltd are suppliers and installers of quality stable mats - equestrian matting, matting for horse walkers, grass mats, matting for horse boxes & trailers and paddocks. We also, supply and install many products for kennels, gyms, sports areas, driveways, gateways, car parks, there aren't many scenarios we haven't come across in 20 years! As a small family company, we really pride ourselves on our personal customer service, we set our standards bar at Charles Kingsley's quote "Do as you would be done by" . We believe customer service is in decline and would like you to experience the standard that we would hope for ourselves. We genuinely care about our customers, their requirements and seeing your enquiry all the way through from your vaguest thoughts to the delivery or installation of your mats. Your satisfaction is our motivation, we will never unnecessarily sell you a product that you don't need. We never say that things don't go wrong, but if they do we will do everything in our power to put it right, quickly and efficiently for you. The lady I spoke to when I went to order the mats was utterly
Delightful , helpful , efficient & polite , the company delivered 48 hrs later & I would recommend them highly
The price of the mats were by far the cheapest , the only reason I didn’t give 5* was I didn’t get my 2hr text prior to delivery so couldn’t go out all day .

We always try our very best to give our customers the service they deserve, so it’s especially disappointing when something goes wrong that is out of our hands. Once an order leaves us, we do have to rely on a third-party carrier to get it safely to you, and unfortunately, from time to time, things don’t go quite as smoothly as we’d hope.
We certainly don’t claim that things never go wrong, but what we can promise is that whenever they do, we’ll always do everything we can to put things right and make sure our customers are looked after.

Great everything
Ordered two wall mats for our horse box to repair the damaged panels. The panels were very reasonably priced, were delivered within a couple of days by reliable company and were as advertised. The delivery charge seemed steep but the panels are large and heavy so the cost of delivery was justified.

We do realise that the charges made by all the carriers are expensive, however we have always adopted a transparent policy of never hiding these charges in the cost of our products which many do and call it "free delivery" or significantly subsidised. The UK carriage charges, over which we have no control only ever go one way, but as a major importer of the products we can and do offer the very best price we can at the point of bringing them in.

But as we always say, it's not that mistakes don't happen, it's what we do to put it right!
