When doing business, my primary objectives are a) only use a reputable company who offer out standing customer support, one who will resolve any querries i have, including warranty claims. b) offer a reasonable priced product that delivers and is backed by long warranties.

I have brought quite a few beds from HCB, and i can say i am very happy and will continue to use them as long as they meet the above.

Doing business is easy, so if like me and you need delivery dates in advanced so you can be at the property, this is not a problem.

I really like this company. They are afforadble and matresses are good quality for the price. Would use them again for sure.

We originally bought all our beds from them and sold them with the sale of our house. We bought beds again for our new home and had to keep re-arranging delivery due to a number of issues with the process; they were so accommodating every time I asked for a new delivery date; nothing was too much trouble.

Unfortunately, our house sale fell through at the last minute; I rang to see what could be done with our order and they were so understanding and gave a full refund without any quibble whatsoever.

This company not only sells great beds but also have the most amazing customer service; buy your beds from them, you won’t be disappointed.

Super comfy bed at a great price. Clear communication about delivery. It’s in our guest bedroom and has rave reviews from guests. So much so we are thinking of replacing our own mattress with the same! Would highly recommmwnd. Great value compared to the market.

Metal Boltless bunk beds.
The bed was indeed very easy to assemble, which was a positive. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end for us.

The bed creaks every time you move, to the point that it’s almost impossible to sleep comfortably. My son has actually ended up sleeping on the floor next to the bed because the noise keeps disturbing him.

I’m not sure what the solution is or whether there is a way to stop the creaking, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this bed for anyone who is a light or sensitive sleeper. It’s very disappointing, especially considering how easy it was to put together.

Setup a 20 room hotel from scratch and used Hotel Contract Beds for all bases, mattresses and headboards. Good price, quick delvery and multiple compliments from guests about their quality of sleep :)

Super quality product and excellent service with speedy delivery

We wanted a specific configuration of 2 zip and link divan beds, and after much searching and online research we found Hotel Contract Beds. Order process was easy, availability was within a week, and delivery was on schedule, with a very helpful van driver.
The beds have only been used once so far for the grandchildren, so can't comment on comfort personally...but the grandkids seemed to sleep on them without problems.

Excellent service. I never actually spoke to anyone because the website was so clear. I ordered a Metal Platform Bed on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Monday afternoon. Enough said! And it works!

My experience with this company is all positive. Even the delivery driver was so helpful and friendly. We bought a single mattress which is well made and comfortable. The delivery was quick and service was excellent. My son is very happy and sleeps well. We are also looking to purchase more beds for our Airbnb business. Very Happy 😃

I decided to purchase king size Chelsea divan after reading good reviews .I was a bit apprehensive about it because of the remarkable prices.How wrong was i.Great bed fantastic quality, delivery was smooth, polite and helpful delivery driver. Whole experience was exceptional.

After 10 years - of running a holiday let / B&B we have only replaced one mattress out of 15 due to the side collapsing. A super king pillow top 1000 spring was dueltyt ordered and made for us - and delivered virtually next day. Service was brilliant as he took it up stairs for us too. Constantly get asked what the mattress is and where we get them from.
