Since being recommended to Hotflame a few years ago I have received nothing but a great service and back up following the installation of a new boiler. I would recommend them as the first people to contact for all your boiler and plumbing needs. They go out of their way to help and respond very quickly, a great business ethic to have in this day and age. Keep up the good work Ricky and co.

Ricky is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. He is very honest and does not cut corners. We have used Ricky on two occasions now- the first occasion, Ricky replaced and installed new radiators. Second time round, Ricky relocated our boiler, which was located in an awkward place. Safe to say, Ricky is our go to guy now.

Ricky was very polite and helpful. He explained everything that he was doing and gave us clear instructions. He installed underfloor heating for us in a large area, and also lots of pipework. Very hard working.

Ricky of Hot Flames is so trustworthy and honest. He does his utmost to get to you even at short notice and I’ve no doubt in my mind that he tries to fix the problem immediately. If he can’t he does the job as quickly as possible. He is the type of guy you want to have a cup of tea with afterwards. Thank you Ricky. We would be freezing without you.
