My logobugs weren't delivered on time and there was a delayed response to my initial chase-up.
But when John at Hotline got involved the communication improved dramatically, I was told what had gone wrong and that the bugs would be delivered the next day. They have just arrived. Very happy with them.

2 of the 10 Soldy 10.000mAh Rcs Recycled Plastic Solar Dynamo Power Bank (A6889) i have purchased don't work, not charged once, windup making funny noise, solar panel left on dashboard in broad daylight at 30C heat didn't charge the battery. It is embarrassing that i have purchased these items to promote business, and now i feel ashamed to hand those over to selective clients. Paid a reasonable price for it, so i would have expected some quality product.

Labelled pencils
We ordered penciled with our brand on it and the communication was great from the mock up until the delivery. The communication process was very clear and the good arrived on time and as expected. I highly recommand this supplier for pencil with your own printed logo.
