Bought 2 bottles of the psycho juice…
Bought 2 bottles of the psycho juice (scotch bonnet & ghost pepper) and both are delicious with a good bit of heat, and they were packaged very securely and quickly. Definitely will be buying more and they have an excellent selection of sauces, extracts and random spicy things to try.

My goto hot sauce supplier
My goto hot sauce supplier. I've always been a fan of the psycho juice range, particularly the Red Savina and the Chipotle Ghost. My last order had an issue due to Royal Mail not the emporium. Although it took over a week to come due to Royal Mail's incompetency, the communication with the hot sauce emporium was top class.

Leaking bottle
First bottle of Jamaican sauce was leaky when it arrived. This was dealt with promptly by Rebekah, who was really good. Unfortunately the replacement bottle also arrived and was leaking. The seal was intact but the lid was loose underneath. This time when I sent photos and informed them there was no offer of a refund or replacement. The e-mail was sent to them more as info I suppose , but even so, something should have been done. I now have a bottle of sauce that I have no idea how long it has been open and leaking.
