I couldnt choose my required delivery day on line so called and was told they would catch the order and deliver on my chosen day. And they did!

Great service and help from Julie Kurn when we chose our new en-suite wall panels from Howarth Timber - highly recommend visiting to look at the range available and have a chat with Julie

Amazing communication and prompt delivery. Very transparent and all information shared beforehand. Michael is an amazing addition to the business really knows the products and a pleasure to deal with. A true asset to the business

Andy was a great help and very knowledgeable about what materials and tools to use while Wayne was very kind to offer the materials for us to use.

A very competitive price on line and delivered promptly. Very pleased with the purchase.

Their website was great, easy on the eye, with lots of products available and very competitive pricing.

We ordered a big bulk bag of gravel. I contacted customer services to get an idea of delivery timings and they were very helpful.

The gravel arrived in good time. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with the service, fast delivery and the gravel. We will definitely buy from them again.

Update: Dropped a star because I ordered another 2 loads of gravel. However this company definitely don't give you a despatch date/time and it seems that if you don't contact the local depot to ask them, then the delivery will just turn up unexpectedly, they don't kock on your door and would leave it anywhere near the property, unless you specifically go out to direct them where to leave it. Apart from that they're very good and we'll buy from them again.

Although the original delivery date had to be rearranged the staff were helpful and kept in touch

Had everything I was looking for at decent price , fast delivery also

Just want to thank Dale at the Bury st edmunds branch for being so helpful and patient with my bathroom, After changing my mind lots of times he always guided me in the right direction and it all looks lovely now.

I had a great experience at Howarth Timber in Bury St Edmund’s. Dale was extremely helpful in assisting me with purchasing everything I needed for the bathrooms. He took the time to explain options clearly and made the whole process much easier. Excellent customer service — thank you, Dale!

Andy is a superhero without a cape!!!!! He found me exactly what I was looking for showing me several options and colours of limestone, but due to his superior expert knowledge provided me with the perfect solution to my path issue.
