Howdens - Great Cambridge Road Avis 

I used Howdens in Lincoln Road Enfield, what a joy, all staff are friendly and polite. Sat down with Sean went through what I needed, got a great deal with delivery including, which was all the way over to Woking. Delivery on time and unloaded with no hassle. Used there flat packs on this project, goes together so easy and look really smart. If you are looking for a new kitchen pop in to Howdens Lincoln Road.

A 5* rating for the first class customer service after care at the London Great Cambridge Road branch provided by Gill. When we had trouble with our Lamona oven within the 3 year warranty and the engineer couldn’t fix it in two attempts, Gill really listened to us, made sure she understood the problem and then coordinated various teams to solve it. What’s more, (this may seem small, but it made such a difference) when she said she’d ring back within a certain timeframe, she always did! We now have an oven that works thanks to Gill.

Very efficient, polite and helpful, and value for money

Not so much the staff, more the quality of product and their refusal to honour the supposed warranty. We had a kitchen in the Hockley range fitted 4 years ago and within a couple of years, some of the doors had blown. We reported at the time and provided images for a warranty claim. At the time they continued asking for more and wasn’t really getting anywhere. Taking up so much time and the fact it wasn’t the whole kitchen I moved on. Fast forward another year or so and nearly every door in the kitchen has blown. They have been provided more images and refuse to honour the warranty or give a valid reason as to why, stating it must be an environmental issue. It’s a kitchen, and we don’t jet wash the doors down. Absolute nonsense and I’ll never buy from them again. We have spent tens of thousands with them over the last 20 years. Never again. *****updated due to reply from business***** the message left by the business is simply optics, they are not interested in helping and simply say they have responded to my comment. Avoid.

Am so glad we bought a kitchen in the year 2022 from Howdens. A10 !

Since then the ‘after sales’ experience has always been great, dealing with Gill Saw in the sourcing of new replacement parts for our kitchen mixer tap or any other materials required it’s been stress free as any issues I have are dealt with efficiently.

Delivery told first thing, after many phone calls and being fobbed of, got my delivery at 5 pm
Had 2 men there all day doing nothing but waiting.
Probably will not use Great Cambridge Road Howdens again.
No one knows what the other is doing + £120 delivery charge.

Excellent service

Excellent customer service by Gill Saw from the Great Cambridge Road Branch. She was extremely professional and supported with the whole project during each stage from planning to installation. Gill was very accommodating for all our needs and nothing was too much trouble especially during the installation stages, she even give us her direct contact number if there was a problem. Really happy with the service we received from Mustafa at Great Cambridge Rd branch. I discovered through the course of designing our kitchen there are so many details which need to be addressed. I find it difficult to make decisions and had a lot of questions. Mustafa listened to my suggestions respectfully and didn't try to do a hard sell to get me to buy only Howdens products, which I appreciated. He had the knowledge required to advise me on the pros/cons of any ideas/questions I had and was very patient when I wanted to make changes several times. Great customer service. Can honestly say he made the process much easier for us and I am happy with the final design and purchase.

We always use Howdens kitchens in our construction company. With its durability, quality and practical application, it will always be the first choice by our company.
