Izzy at Horsham branch served me on the counter and was a ray of sunshine you need more staff like her on the counter we will be returning again

Great materials, great and helpful staff

Claire came round to plan my kitchen, and was professional, polite and friendly. I went to view it at Howdens and was impressed at how realistic it was. There was no problem with altering a few things, and all of my questions were responded to quickly. It was a great start to the whole process.
I am absolutely delighted with the final kitchen and really pleased I paid a little extra for the quartz worktops. The units are of good quality and look modern, clean and very smart. It has been a pleasure inviting my friends round to see it. A much needed job in my house but far better than I could have dreamt of. I have recommended Howdens onto friends and will continue to do so to anyone who is interested in a new kitchen.

Very few companies & individuals underpromise and overdeliver nowadays.
Howdens (Horsham branch) did just that yesterday.
On one of the hottest days of the year
( Jem, Sam, Darren) took the time and effort to locate & organise a replacement Fridge/Freezer for one of my more demanding Tenants, so I was able to provide a replacement with in hours and save the contents of her Fridge & Freezer.

Friendly and efficient

As I said in my last review, the staff throughout this branch are second to none, one specific person I would like to commend is Hamza, I have known Hamza for many years now, although he has not been 100% of late health wise, he has maintained his professional manner in every aspect, always very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile, he is certainly a credit to Howdens, Pallo and all the Wharehouse staff are extremely helpful and obliging, nothing is ever too much trouble, service second to none .

May I say that the speed, good service and quick communication made everything go smoothly

Always very helpful staff behind the counter and the warehouse staff are very friendly and quick to get the items you’ve ordered and always help you to carry things to the van if needed. Can’t fault the store in the last couple of years.

Every single time I come into Howdens I am always met with a polite greeting and a knowledgeable staff member. They all know their stuff and take the time to give you as much help and information as they can. I never feel rushed into making any decisions even if the store is busy which it frequently is.

We had a fantastic experience using this branch for our recent Kitchen/Diner renovation.

Claire was our designer and was extremely patient - she was working on 3 x potential lay outs for us before the build and was then tweaking the chosen design right up until delivery. There was no drama, no complaint, just speedy responses and redesigns.

Once the fitting was under way, we had a few hiccups with a couple of damaged doors - the Assistant Manager Ollie was unbelievable - he drove up to our property himself with new doors within a couple of hours of raising the issue - even the builders were shocked and said we'd have been waiting weeks if we'd used a well known competitor.

We also had a Neff Oven that arrived slightly scratched when we unwrapped, but that was also replaced by Ollie within a week without fuss.

A lot of companies could learn from Ollie on how to operate professionally, calmly and with a personable approach.

Best customer service I'd received in a long long time.

We received a visit from a lovely gentleman called Bret from the Horsham branch who was super informative, helpful and professional. He gave us some great advice on the products available to us and the service that Howdens provides. I was really impressed also that he was happy to discuss how to make the most of the deals that Howdens provides. 5* service!!
