Howdens - Scunthorpe Avis 

We tried an alternative supplier first and became disillusioned with the whole thing. Constant selling and discount mumbo jumbo designed to confuse.
After a break from it we spoke to Howdens and were visited at home by Olivia Pollard.
She immediately got what we were trying to do with our new kitchen and had some good ideas.
We were delighted when we went in to see her at the store and had a first look at the design.
After sitting on it for a few days we had some minor change requests that Olivia did a great job in accommodating.
We ordered the kitchen there and then.
We will be having it installed next month and can’t wait.
Olivia has kept in touch to see how the extension is going and whether there are any delays.
Would 100% recommend.

Just ordered our kitchen from howdens Scunthorpe. Carrie came out, measured up and designed our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble she changed and tweaked things whenever I asked and really listened to what we wanted out of our kitchen. It was a great experience and really excited to get it delivered and fitted in our house. They responded really promptly to messages and if Carrie was away one of the team would let me know just to keep us updated. Excellent customer service, I would 100% recommend howdens Scunthorpe and Carrie to anyone

From start to finish, the experience with Howdens at Scunthorpe was amazing. The quality of the product superb, the finished kitchen is beyond our hopes and expectations. Olivia was incredible all throughout the process, our visions have been brought to reality by her expertise. Her profesionalism during the early planning really shone through, wonderful skill and some lovely personal touches when doing the drawings were outstanding. Her visits to make sure everything was running smoothly and even to come and look when the kitchen was completed show a high level of customer service.

Howdens Scunthorpe have been brilliant over the last 9 months supporting a local community project. With the generosity and expertise we have installed a new kitchen at Alkborough cricket club and given the chance for the local technical college students to fit. We can't fault the service from Howdens, from ordering to delivery and dealing with snags and returns the process was easy and painless. Our kitchen designer, Sophie Dixey, provided professional advice and guidance so we acheived our dream kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and she took a keen interest in resolving issues throughout the project. I have no reservations in recomending the products and service.

From start to finish great experience Olivia pollard came to the house and discussed options and numerous visits to howdens for planning and designing the kitchen all arrived when organised to ,adjusted slightly but no problem to change bit's very happy with the finished product would recommend both howdens scunthorpe queensway industrial estate and Olivia planning

We are very happy with our new kitchen and glad we chose Howdens.Olivier Pollard designed it exactly to our liking and came up with some useful ideas,the measurements were spot on.We like the idea that we have more space than before and things are easier to reach.The off white colour makes it look very light and airy, just what we wanted.Leon Garrod fitted it for us and did a wonderful job.

Recently had a new kitchen fitted within our new extension. Fair to say it was a slightly tricky layout to make everything we wanted fit nicely. After a couple of different designs we sat down with Sophie dixey who I’ve got to say we was very impressed and happy with. She put her own stamp on the design and gave us some really good opinions and ideas with the two tone theme for example. And basically made our vision a reality without us having to miss anything out. She also worked and liaise well with our excellent fitter who is no stranger to howdens kitchens so knew exactly how everything should be. Was no damages to items or anything missing which you hear a lot about with other suppliers and outfits.
We then went on to purchase the howdens internal oak doors to finish the job off throughout the house which are great. Highly recommend.
