Hunting a previous flooring bought from Howdens years ago. Served by Maggie. She quickly established the old flooring was discontinued, and suggested a close match. I couldn't see the difference. A company and employee that really know their business.

The designer was very helpful really took on board what I wanted in my kitchen. She carefully worked it into the design and let me take ages choosing what I wanted, changing my mind frequently so it would fit my budget! The kitchen is now complete and looks fantastic, I really love it. The whole team at Howdens were incredibly patient and helpful. The kitchen feels of very solid quality too. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Every think is perfect good staff and very helpful

Lamona wine cooler failed contacted Howdens who would not help with repair or replacement avoid Lamona products as they do not last.

Our designer was Ivan who was extremely professional and had an amazing eye for detail. After we fully agreed the design, delivery was arranged at a time that suited our needs. The supply was excellent and the finished product looks amazing. Great service and communication all round.

I have been dealing with Howdens - Shoreham-By-Sea for a number of years now. I dont do many reviews but I felt it was time to share my thoughts.
As an operations manager for a buiding company, I deal with many suppliers on a daily basis and I can quite honestly say the professionalism, knowledge and general helpfulness of all the staff here is unmatched. The products are great, and we very rarely have any issues, but its the human side of a business that can make a huge difference.
Leanne has gone out of her way to build a relationship with our company and has done a great job in providing the service our high standards demand. Nothing is too much trouble and she is a credit to the branch and the company.
Very happy with the service and long may it continue.

I recently had a few things to say about the discount structure at Howdens. In fairness to them, they were sufficiently concerned to make contact and discuss my concerns, which seems pretty decent.

I have been a loyal customer over the years and rate the product highly, so perhaps I just need to get with the times. I accept that there's no point in just trying to be cheapest, but I still feel that discount structures should be clear for those of us with an anoraky attachment to spreadsheets.
