Bought an Olivia burton bracelet and was absolutely made up with the woman I dealt with, she was brilliant but was just let down with the fact that the item I had wasn’t in store to see in person which meant I had to order it in and if I knew that I would have saved the trip and just ordered it online anyway

I bought a lorus leather and stainless steel watch online and had it delivered to my local shop.
The watch was half price in the sale, I recieved a further reduction as a new customer and the watch arrived 2 days earlier than expected.
