One small hoop earring was broken when…
One small hoop earring was broken when I opened the box and of the second set of hoops, they were impossible to put in. They came loose once eventually in and one of the crystals is now lost. Very poor quality.

5 Star service from Jo in in Cabot Circus, Bristol
Your assistant Jo in your Cabot Circus store was very polite and attentive. She informed us of the special promotion of 20% discount if we purchased any item over £100. So I picked my birthday present of a Guess watch and she promptly adjusted it to fit and processed it through the till with no delay. She is a real asset to your company.

A lovely young girl called Shannon helped me in the Bristol cabot circus branch. Helped me as soon as i came in until i left. Helped me pick out exactly what i was after amd just gave perfect customer service!
