Really disappointed with a gold necklace I bought at your Camberley store (August) – failed after only a few wears. Store dismissed it as ‘stretched’.

Very helpful staff
I had a new battery put into my watch plus bought a pair of earrings for my
granddaughter. Very helpful young man showed me a selection to choose from.
When I returned to collect my watch, I also purchased a Cross pen and a very
pleasant lady served me. I was very impressed with both members of staff.

Needed a new battery for my watch…
Needed a new battery for my watch advised to maintain waterproof needed to be sent away. I elected to have it replaced locally. Was given a price which I accepted and a time to call back and pick it up. Called back all ready. Excellent service very helpful as always. My husband and I always have our omega watches sent away by them but every day watches just local batteries and watch strap repairs.

Ring purchase & alteration
I made a ring purchase and also left a ring for alteration. The customer service and care was very high and helpful, there was a great selection of rings and would recommend this shop for further purchases.

No-quibble exchange
My girlfriend changed her mind the moment we got the ring home. She wanted to exchange it for a different ring. We took it back to the ship - no dramas, no fuss, the exchange was done quickly and efficiently. My girlfriend is very happy with her new ring!!!

Great service and pricing
Very happy indeed with my visit. Saw a watch in the display window that I had seen pre-lockdown. It was reduced, when I enquired to try it on I was treated with courtesy and respect, and then told there was a further discount applicable from that morning. Delighted with the service I received and very happy with the eventual selling price

I would definitely NOT give you a STAR... Most probably a BLACK HOLE since i paid you £9.99 to put a new battery in my watch, and before i even got home the back had fallen off !!!!! But you did score a first since you are the first high St jeweler to hand my watch back to me in more pieces than when i gave it to you. They do say nothing good comes from a black hole, maybe a refund would help !!!!!!
