I received excellent customer service…
I received excellent customer service in this store. I was looking for a Christening Gift for my niece and I had something specific in mind. The customer advisor checked to see if it was in stock, unfortunately it wasn't. However they did check to see if it was available to order which it was. I proceeded with the option of ordering and it arrived 5 days later. I was informed via email and text message when it had arrived in store. On collection it was a different customer advisor but equally as good as when I had placed the order.

I needed a battery for a watch - I left the watch with the staff member and called back a short time later - battery was fitted. Good service

Replacement Battery
My father needed a new battery in his watch. I was told price and could I call back in approx hour and a half. When I called back to collect his watch the dodgy bracelet had also been fixed at no extra charge. Excellent service, will happily use again.
