I had to get links taken out my watch. The lady who served me was very helpful and friendly and couldn’t have done more to help.

I wanted to purchase a watch made by a specific manufacturer, but wasn't sure which one. There was a good selection. The staff who served me were very polite and helpful, getting out a number of watches from the display and patiently allowing me to try them on several times. Their service, which was included, to adjust the bracelet length, was quick and pleasantly-delivered.

Excellent prompt service in-store in remedying an issue with a watch bracelet which had been purchased from the Samuel web site.

Walked into the shop and a member of staff greeted me in a friendly manner. I needed my watch battery replaced - she gave me a clear time estimate and was able to do it there and then. The battery came with a year’s guarantee and was reasonably priced. HSamuel is definitely my jeweller of choice for all things watch-related

This purchase was a birthday present for my husband who was with me at the time. We were dealt with efficiently, covid aware, and with good humour. We both said that the attendant was a lovely girl with an excellent attitude.

Great customer service

Staff pleasant and helpful in shop. Ring arrived promptly and communication with me was good via email. U fortunately ring was far too small despite being sized in shop. Either error by shop staff or supplier. Ring itself was cheap looking as very light weight for cost. Like a bit of tin . It was returned to shop and refund given .
