Very thin and cheap looking no way could a man wear this chain I wouldn’t even put this on a child don’t bother wasting your money and time

Having negotiated the 'right' direction to move through the (covid) shop floor from helpful staff I then proceeded to make my requests known! The lovely lady who served me was interested, polite and of great help. The two other staff were also involved (one for some input the other to take payment)and they were kind and fun (laughter while shopping how good is that) and the two reasons for shopping with were dealt with professionally and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate in going back to this branch.

The customer service was excellent, the only thing that let the experience down was the computer system.
The chap apologised over and over but it was beyond his control.

We visited the shop to have batteries fitted to ,two watches.[These watches I cannot fit myself ] The assistant was able to both while we waited and took about 10minutes to do both. He explained about the guaranty

Recently visited the Fareham store with my daughter. She wanted a silver ring. We were served by Wayne the store manager. Wayne gave excellent very helpful customer service.He also pointed out the gorgeous silver necklace which was on offer saving £100. After my daughter chose a ring for her birthday we decided to have another look at the necklace.It's my 70th birthday shortly so we purchased the necklace for my birthday. Very friendly store and always very helpful.

This is a lovely shop in the arcade at Fareham. It’s well laid out without being too imposing. The shop is filled with good merchandise and caters for customers with expensive tastes to those who like nice things at reasonable prices. It is designed with COVID very much in mind. The young lady made me feel very welcome and safe. The wallet clip I bought was just what I was after and are quite rare to find. Well done everyone and thank you.

I recently bought a new watch. There was a wide choice of different styles and a very helpful assistant on hand to help me try some on and make a final choice. Very pleased with the product and the service.
