Beautiful Tinkerbell necklace
Didn’t walk in looking for anything particular left with a beautiful Tinkerbell necklace part of the Disney section and it wasn’t part of the reduced section but still got a reduction on price

A straightforward and pleasant shopping experience
Easy online purchase and available next day to collect. The member of the sales team was very friendly and helpful. She offered to adjust the watch strap whilst I waited for no extra charge. Overall a good experience and the watch was very competitively priced as well!

shopping for my mothers 70th birthday gift. my sister and i were shopping in metro centre . we received excellent customer service from the store. spent a long time trying to choose a bracelet and earrings to match .the assistant was most helpful and spent a while with us , we are really grateful for the help we received .bonus was our mother loved the chosen gift
