Hi I’m new to this website but I’m very pleased and delighted how easily I managed to pick a few presents for 2 of my daughters birthdays which I think they will adore 10/10

Hsamuel are an absolute joke. Will never shop there again.
Very disappointed with Hsamuel. I ordered a diamond necklace for my girlfriend's birthday well over a week before her birthday and on the day before her birthday, hsamuel emailed me saying the order was cancelled as the item was out of stock. They took my money even though the item was out of stock and held onto my money for nearly a week after her birthday. And they keep emailing me as though they gave me the item and even expected a good review haha. They even kept the money for the gift box and personalized message and only refunded me for the actual item. I'd maybe have given a less harsh review and maybe even shopped with them again had they replied to my email about the matter. Ah well, plenty of jewellers out there.
