H.Samuel - Haverford West Avis 

The link was a bit difficult, however I think the value of the product I have bought was a 2.5 out of 10.

Went into the Haverfordwest store as an item I bought had broken- straight away the manager Sarah was very on the defence and said I had bought these last March ( as she read the email receipt wrong) that clearly said november 22. Anyway they then offered me a replacement and all was ok until i went to leave the shop stopped to look at some other items and could hear her talking about me to another colleague this is NOT professional.
I bought rings from this store before covid with lots of problems - went in recently as it is the only local store we have but after this I won't even be wasting my money on H Samuels. Your store colleagues should be 100% with customer service this should not be compromised.

Hi, I dropped in an expensive ring to your Haverfordwest shop in November in regards to needing a new diamond in it. It was meant to be an engagement gift for Christmas and it wasnt ready in time. I contacted them after Christmas and they said to stop calling as it wasnt ready yet. I called again to let them know the size I wanted it refitted to and the lady shouted at me for calling again. So i left it with them for another month and still heard nothing. I popped in and the woman said that it had been sent off for a repair (why they hadn't already done that I don't know.)so i waited for an update. Its now been three months and when i contacted them again they said they had sent it off last week. I demanded my money back as it now won't even be ready in time for Valentines Day. The woman was really snotty with me and told me she'd ring me back. She did not so I called again and they said that it was being repaired. I told them to stop what theyre doing and send it back. She then said that actually the ring was in the warehouse and hadnt been touched yet even after been in there for now two weeks. I am so angry I can't even describe. I was told to pick the ring up today but it ISN'T IN THE SHOP. I have expressed my concerns with the shop owner and nothing has changed. I want my ring back asap and to write a formal complaint to the head office in order to reprimand whoever the person running the show there is. Absolutely disgusting customer service, pure laziness and has no interest in fixing my ring. I will never use H Samuel again and will tell everyone else not to as its wasted not only my time but have ruined two proposals. This ring is a family heirloom and this is heartbreaking. This is absolutely NOT ok and I need it delt with immediately.

Edit : Finally got the ring back after asking several times in the shop and them saying it wasn't available. They threw it into a dirty packet and handed it back. Will never return to this store.

Service at Haverfordwest store fantastic looking for radley watch and Amy and Sarah store assistants were happy to help full of smiles and information, found watch I was looking for very happy with it, Amy and Sarah made an effortless and enjoyable experience

always have a good welcome staff are friendly and helpful never leave this store empty handed

My wife and I were on holiday and walked past h samuel I decided to pop in just to have a quick look at watches. Mary and Lyndsey were very welcoming and friendly, Mary offered to show me a new limited editions Casio watch that had just come in. It was so different from any of my other watches I purchased it and at a good price. Also purchased a pair of diamond earrings for my wife as a treat. Would highly recommend this store; staff and service was fantastic.

Excellent service from the staff member -Mary Owens at the Haverfordwest Branch. Wanted a nice gift for my wife as it was our anniversary coming up and didn’t know what to get. After superb service from Mary I purchase a gift which my wife loved. Thank you Mary for your help a credit to HM Samuels and would highly recommend the service to family and friends in the future.

The service I received in haverfordwest Pembrokeshire was nothing less than fantastic!!!! They advised me throughout the process of buying a engagement ring!!! Brilliant.......

I visited H Samuels last week to purchase a watch strap. I was very impressed with the Covid Rules in the shop and the shop assistant was very careful and friendly and put me at my ease as this was the first shop I had been in for almost a year!. I will definitely be recommending this shop to family and friends.

The ladies is Haverfordwest H.Samuel are always so helpful and welcoming. They go above and beyond to help when they can. It’s fantastic to see them back open.

We chose my engagement ring from H Samuel, & the lady we dealt with in the store was so friendly & helpful, getting the ring that we wanted & sized correctly for me. I would highly recommend.
