Fiona, from the white rose H Samuel store, was super helpful. She helped us find the ring we had looked at online, she set up the much needed insurance and showed me how to clean my ring.

New ring's for my wife.
I had the most pleasant experience in any shop that I have been in. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the items I wanted to purchase, she took time to listen to why I was buying the items, she took my details to contact me when another item is available which I wanted to purchase. 100% satisfaction.

Wedding band, top service
I saw a ring online and needed it asap. So i went to the whiterose store and was met by a very friendly helpful lady. Which showed me and ones they had in store which were similar in looks and price, and also gave me alternatives as i wasn't to sure on size. I took the ring and my mrs loves it. The lady shame i didn't get her name (think she was the manager), should get a pay rise 🙂.

Lovely earrings
Lovely earrings ordered as click and collect,as delivery would not have been in time for a friends birthday.
Unfortunately I had to wait 30mins in a queue to go into the shop, I would have expected there to be a separate queue for the click and collect to those waiting to go in and browse???
Both pairs of earrings were lovely though

The service when I was in the shop was…
The service when I was in the shop was very good, friendly and the lady was very patient, as my daughter was very indecisive choosing an 18th Birthday present. We’d made an appointment online, but when we arrived there was no guidelines for customers that had made appointments, so we just queued with everyone else, and I was worried we’d missed our slot. I eventually had to ask people in front of me if they had also made appointments, which they hadn’t and felt like I was pushing in, which made me feel very uncomfortable. However the ring we purchased was good value for money and my daughter is very pleased with it.
