Order Instructions Not Followed
Bought two wedding rings but one had to be resized so we were told that this would be done before we came to pick them up.
We came in to pick them up when we were messaged and the ring hadn’t been resized so we now have to come back again. We were told that if we wanted it done quickly we would have to pay extra for it despite it not being our fault as the ‘resize’ request was written on the order.

I had waited for 6 months to go and buy a new chain. I was looked after really well. I choose the chain I wanted, the assistant helped me try it on. I felt comfortable in the shop making my purchase. Everything was done in a Covid secure way. Thank you.
