Online doesn't quite cut it
You can't beat going to the shop when it comes to purchasing jewellery. H Samuel is a good shop to visit. Wheelchair accessible, the staff polite and helpful and they have a good selection of items.

Great customer service. I went in there to purchase a watch for my sister’s birthday. The advisor who attended to me was really helpful and friendly. I left the store with a lovely gift for my sister after being disappointed by Ernest Jones.

Fast service and good items
Fast service and good items - I found what I was looking for at a lower price than expected. The queue was a bit too long but I suppose this is the new normal in light of social distancing measures and the fact that this shop is located in a busy mall.
